EVrambler Warranty & After-Sales Policy

(Service Model Based on Authorized Dealer Coverage by Area)

1. Warranty Overview

EVrambler warrants that each electric golf cart is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty coverage begins from the date the vehicle is received by the original purchaser.

EVrambler’s sales and after-sales service model is determined by whether an authorized EVrambler dealer operates in the customer’s specific area, rather than by country or region as a whole.
Different areas within the same country may be subject to different sales and service arrangements.

2. Warranty Periods

Category Warranty Coverage
All EV Product lines 2 years parts
Battery 5 years
Charger 4 years
Controller 4 years
Frame Life Time

Components subject to normal wear and tear (such as tires, brake pads, windshield, seat materials, bulbs, etc.) are not covered under this warranty.

3. Sales & After-Sales Service Model

(Based on Authorized Dealer Coverage by Area)

① Areas with an Authorized EVrambler Dealer

In areas where an authorized EVrambler dealer is established:

EVrambler does not sell directly from the factory

Products are sold by the local authorized dealer

After-sales service and warranty support are provided by that dealer

Service scope, response time, and responsibilities are subject to the dealer’s local policy

② Areas Without an Authorized EVrambler Dealer

(Factory-Direct Sales & Factory-Direct Support)

In areas where no authorized EVrambler dealer is established:

Products are sold and shipped directly from the EVrambler factory

After-sales service and warranty support are provided directly by the EVrambler factory

There are no official EVrambler local service centers or on-site repair services in these areas

Factory-direct after-sales support includes:

Remote diagnosis via video calls, photos, or fault videos

Technical guidance from factory engineers

Spare parts shipped directly from the factory

Local repair is generally not provided.

Confirmed warranty issues are resolved through replacement of defective parts, rather than local repair.

Spare parts are typically shipped by international air courier and usually arrive within approximately 7 days.

Important Notice:
This factory-direct service model may not be suitable for customers who require on-site service or local repair centers.

4. What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing or material faults, including but not limited to:

Frame and chassis structural components

Motor and electric drive system

Controller and wiring harness

Charger

Steering system, hubs, bearings, and suspension components

Brake system

Lighting and signal system

Replacement parts will be supplied during the warranty period once defects are confirmed through remote diagnosis.

5. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic wear or appearance changes

Normal wear items (tires, brake pads, seat materials, bulbs, windshield, etc.)

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, overloading, or improper maintenance

Unauthorized modifications or alterations affecting safety or performance

Shipping costs for transporting the vehicle to any local repairer or service provider

6. Remote Diagnosis & Parts Replacement Procedure

(Applicable Only in Areas Without Authorized Dealers)

1. The customer provides photos or videos showing the issue

2. Factory technicians diagnose the issue remotely

3. If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, replacement parts are shipped

4. Parts may be installed by the customer or with assistance from a local technician

Most issues can be accurately diagnosed remotely, and replacement parts typically arrive within about one week.

7. Warranty Conditions & Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must:

Use the vehicle under normal operating conditions

Perform basic routine inspections and maintenance

Avoid altering safety systems or exceeding rated specifications

Warranty coverage may be voided in cases of misuse, accident damage, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Important Notes Before Purchase

Before placing an order, please ensure that you understand and accept the following:

EVrambler’s sales and after-sales service model is determined by the customer’s specific area

Different areas within the same country may follow different service arrangements

In areas with authorized dealers, sales and after-sales service are handled by the dealer

In areas without authorized dealers, factory-direct sales and factory-direct after-sales support apply

Factory-direct after-sales support does not include local service centers or on-site repairs

This model is designed to maintain competitive pricing while providing clear and transparent responsibility boundaries for after-sales support.

9. Product Reliability & Design Philosophy

EVrambler golf carts are engineered with proven components and mature electric systems. According to internal factory data accumulated over years of production and customer use, the failure rate of major systems — including the electric control system, drivetrain, and braking system — is well below 0.01% under normal operating conditions.

As a result, the vast majority of customers require little to no after-sales support beyond routine maintenance.

Actual performance may vary depending on usage conditions, load, and maintenance practices.
